Know Your Enemy - Bosses!
Unlike the regular enemies you deal with at every turn, these super-tough versions are often found in vital locations or may randomly appear at various locales all over the Caribbe.
They're pretty easy to spot; creature and undead versions are gigantic compared to normal enemies - and all have an unearthly greenish-glow. Their boss names will appear in Red, along with a special boss icon.
Don't take any boss lightly! Even the smallest among them can give a tough pirate some trouble - and the biggest will require skill or some real teamwork to overcome! And some bosses will also have allies close at hand. |

Ahoy lassies and gents,
It has been some time since I've played POTCO, but I'm back and am a bit shocked to see what has happened in my absence. To the surviving Mafia members, I say hello. Make yourself noticed so we see who we have left. I would like to see if there is an interest to regroup and carry forth. Regardless of what happened, may everyone be at peace and enjoy the game.

HEY EVERYONE!!!! :D
sorry i haven't been on in a while. its jst been hard for me wit school and everything im doing. I miss playing and im really sad to hear that we lost some ppl!! :( I'll try to check the site more and come on to check on everyone and everything but im jst having trouble to find the time to do it. Jst remember i love you all and i will hopfully be back soon!!!

im sorry guys i had to stop my subscription with pirates because my parents could no longer pay for it and i have to save up from college.

| Sorry I have not been around for the last two weeks. I have been real sick. I have not been out of bed for the two weeks. I finally pushed myself out of bed and logged on this site only to see that we have lost a lot of members. Can some one tell me what has happened. From what I can see someone got mad because others did not make it to the mafias birthday. I hope this is not true.

| OK here it is I am very very sorry I didn't make the anniversary it was on my birthday and people who loved me held a party in my honor when I got home I needed to finish up packing for my week in the mountains for which I was leaving the next day...I feel releived to be free of the drama I had to deal with, seriously some people are true pains in the ass...but i digress, this was just a game for me that is it, I started a guild for cool older people to hang out in so we could all act like adults and play and have fun...lots of you I loved playing with a few well lets just say you made it challenging however I am quitting the game as I have lost all intrest in it...One more thing before I go IT IS JUST A GAME!!!
